RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, MotoThreads does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or preference changes.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Most MotoThreads products are made to order. Production typically begins after your order is placed.

Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for your order to be produced, processed, and delivered. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, shipping carrier performance, holidays, weather conditions, and destination.

Once an order has shipped, MotoThreads is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. MotoThreads is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
